Terms & Conditions
Read through our terms and conditions carefully before completing your gift card purchase
- If you have chosen the 'collection' option, please contact us to arrange the collection
- All gift card purchases are non-refundable
- They must be redeemed within 12 months
- The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash
- You are solely responsible for the safe keeping and security of your gift card following delivery. In cases where your gift card is lost, another one can be issued if proof of purchase can be shown. There will be a charge of £5.00 for a new card
- Gift cards must be presented at your appointment.
- In the case of a price update, please be aware that any new pricing will be applicable, unless your gift card has already been redeemed.
- Gift card recipients must make contact directly with Precious Prints via email or the website to make a booking.
- Gift card recipients will need to pay a £25 booking deposit to secure an appointment. This deposit will be fully refunded once the appointment has been attended.

How do I order a gift card?
Purchasing a Precious Prints gift card is incredibly simple! Simply select your choice of coloured gift card and the amount you would like to purchase. Once you checkout you will receive an email-confirmation verifying your transaction and order. Sit back, relax, and expect to receive your gift card in the post within 7 working days.
Are your materials safe and child-friendly?
Absolutely. Each impression is taken using the highest-quality, hypo-allergenic moulding formula, producing the finest cast and the most beautiful of finishes for even the youngest of ages
How long should I expect to wait for my forever keep-sake?
Because of the vast amount of precision and care that goes into each aspect of our design, we ask our customers to allow a three month turn-around from the date of their moulds, to when they are ready for collection.
Do you create custom pieces?
We cannot stress this 'YES!' enough! Our biggest pride is working alongside you to create your keepsake masterpiece, taking into account your unique vision and our expertise, we create stunning bespoke pieces each and every time.
