How can I view your product ranges?

We have carefully categorised each of our products under specific ranges which you can view from our header menu on our website.

Please note that each product is specific to our client's vision and our creativity, and so whilst we encourage you to gauge ideas from our unique ranges, we do stress that each piece is bespoke and special in its own intricate way.

How can I view the prices of each product?

You will find a pricing guide on each individualised product page which will provide you with an insight into the pricing for that particular range or item.

Are the materials you use safe for babies?

Absolutely. Each impression is taken using the highest-quality, hypo-allergenic moulding formula, producing the finest cast and the most beautiful of finishes for even the youngest of ages.

Appointments

How do I make an appointment?

All appointments are taken via our website.

You will need to select Book a Date and choose from the list of dates and times available. All bookings require a £25 deposit to be paid online in order to secure your appointment.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, we require a £25 deposit for all bookings. You will need to make this payment online once you have selected the date and tie for oyur keepsake appointment.

I've made an appointment online but have not received confirmation via email

Be sure to check your spam/junk box as your email confirmation may have been sent there if we have not been added to your mailing list. Alternatively, please reach out to us and a member of our team will re-send you an email with the details of your booking.

What do I need to do prior to my appointment?

Before your appointment, please ensure that you have chosen the frame and cast finish that you would like.

You can also view our bespoke finishing touches such as wreaths and plated-name finishes.

We ask all of our customers to ensure that they arrive on-time, in the event that you are 5 or more minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be lost.

What happens during my appointment?

You will need to visit our home-studio based in Leicester for your appointment.

During the appointment the moulds will be taken which involves submerging your child's hands/feet in our specialised solution. It is vital that whilst the gel is setting, your little one is able to keep as still as possible. The solution needs 1.5-3 minutes to solidify and take the full impression needed.

We have a range of distraction tried-and-tested methods to help keep your little one as wriggle-free as possible. However, on rare occasions it is not possible to obtain a good enough mould that can be framed, and a new appointment will need to be made.

I am unable to attend my appointment, can I cancel?

All cancellations, where possible, require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Due to the high demand of appointments that we have, we are unable to refund your deposit. We hope you are able to rebook with us again in the very near future!

Your appointment will take place in our home studio in Leicester. We are currently unable to travel nationally or offer a mobile-studio service, other than for live casting events.
