• the deposit is to secure the appointment.

• the £30 deposit can be used towards your balance or can be
refunded once you have attended

• if there is a no - show, the deposit in non-refundable

• any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a loss of refund

• any appointments cancelled with more than 48hours notice will have a £10 admin fee deducted

• if you have been given a gift card, you will still need to pay a booking deposit which can be refunded to you once you have attended.

• frame turnaround time is approximately 20 weeks

• frame combination is chosen prior to arrival

• you must arrive at the appointment on time. If you are more than 7mins late, it will lead to a cancellation and loss of deposit

• we are based in Leicester LE5 and the full details will be emailed to you once deposit has come through
